    Our President has carried out four business successions and still runs the companies today

    I have carried out four business successions (M&A). I still manage Ueda Metal Works Co., Ltd. and Hayahoshi Seiko Co., Ltd. as their President. I have lived through what happens after succession four times, as the person directly involved.

    2. Sep 2023Made Hayahoshi Seiko Co., Ltd. a subsidiary
    3. Feb 2024Took over Sone Tekkosho and merged it into Ueda Metal Works Co., Ltd.
    4. May 2025Took over Nagahama Kosakusho and merged it into Ueda Metal Works Co., Ltd.

    Qualifications in both management and casting

    In addition to the Keieishi (certified management consultant) qualification, I am a Certified Casting Engineer and a First-Class Certified Skilled Worker in Casting (Melting and Molding). I can speak to both the financial side of management and the realities of the shop floor.
